Reachable from the airport, it was good for the 8 hours i stayed there

Greeted by a mouse in the bedroom, ended up using a towel to prevent it from re entering. Bathroom has limited comfort. Noisy with tricycles in the street

The rooms don't have private bathrooms. Shared Bathrooms are big inconvenience. The bathrooms are too small atleadt for hefty figure like me. But the room is good. The environment is peaceful and neighborhood is not too noisy. Property close to bay walk, so it is always refreshing going for a walk.

Shared and small bathroom. Male bathroom don't have hot shower and women bathroom has hot shower. So mean. ????

Nice stay

Good location. Comfortable. Good AC. Large TV (could do with being raised a little higher)

Soap was provided in the room, but when you are leaving for the day, you don't want to have to carry soap to and from your room. A soap dispenser in the bathroom would solve this. The pillows were very thin and only one was provided. I guess this is more of a preference, but I'd suggest either investing in thicker pillows or providing at least two.

Fair-priced B&B within the city with well-mannered staff. Walkable to old market and main road.

The staff and location. Cleanliness. Love the veranda. We needed a place a few minutes away from where the government offices were, as well as at least within walking distance to the main road which is Rizal Ave/street. We also availed of their breakfast (additional fee but reasonably priced), basic Pinoy fare of rice, egg, meat, and either coffee or tea. The staffs were all very pleasant and easy to talk to; at least one or two were always around or by the reception area so you wouldn't be kept waiting or wondering whenever you might need some assistance with something.

Noise from outside, mostly from tricycles. Tight bathroom/toilet. Our first room to have stayed at had no ensuite toilet/bath, so it was quite uncomfortable to be going outside of the room in the middle of the night. The toilet/bath was always clean though.

It served its purpose, so I guess this place is worthy of a repeat but only for a short stay.

I couldn't really say much since we just needed a place to crash for the evening as we had an early flight at 0600hr. and we got to the place at 2000hr. I did however serve its purpose of providing us refuge prior to our flight.

Only one shower was available for quite a few rooms on the ground floor as well as 1 toilet. not only that the way the toilet and shower were set up was very claustrophobic and hard to maneuver in due to the tiny space.

Very good

Good value for money, friendly staff, nice terrasse. Perfect for short time stays. Can recommend staying there if your ok with the small room and no real window (glass in the outside wall gives a bit light, AC is directly attached to the outside, wich was both fine for me and comfortable).

bathroom rug is not too welcoming. bathroom could need some maintenance and maybe a mobile shower would help a little in that teeny-weeny bath. but as I said: totally ok for short time stay and people who can handle tight rooms.

Good location, you can walk to the airport and it’s close to the city centre. We stayed there one night before our flight. Breakfast is available. Free water refill. Solid and clean room (quite small though)

The location was good and the staff were very accommodating. Security was excellent.

They only had shared bathrooms. I prefer a private ensuite.

Good location. Good space for what we needed, fun bunk bed set up for the kids.

There were no windows in our room and the air conditioning was weak, so the air in our room wasn’t able to circulate. Our room was L shaped and the AC was around the corner from the bed, we were warm, hot, stuffy every night. No fan was available for use in place of the AC - I think this would solve the problem. Overall it was fine.

Like at home

The room is very small but functional. The bunk bed is very comfortable. The common areas are cosy and relaxing especially the terrace shaded by a beautiful tree. Great location for going for a walk on the bay or for travelling to the airport. Cynthia was an excellent host, kind and always helpful. She helped me on several occasions. Very good value for money. I would definitely recommend it.
